FacebookFrom our experience, I do not believe they are interested in improvement. As landlords on full management we have been charged countless times for call outs at £60 a time. Then instruct heavily overpriced contractors. An on going £60 a month for pest control in a country property.... because the tenant sees rats outside. Needless to say we no longer use them. A Kate had a series of conversations with myself, then a Katrina takes over and is clueless to what has been prior agreed prior...... I could go on. But I’m happy to just say enough is enough and we unfortunately can not recommend this company.
