We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and that you have chosen to leave this review. Whilst we respect your right to share your views, we feel it is important to clarify that the tenancy deposit deductions were reviewed through the independent deposit protection adjudication process, which exists specifically to provide an impartial assessment where there is a dispute. We fully complied with that process and accepted the adjudicator's decision. Many of the matters raised in your review relate to communal facilities, building management, contractors and decisions made by third parties. Whilst we always do our best to assist tenants and progress reported issues, we are not always the party responsible for carrying out or authorising works. We appreciate that this can sometimes be frustrating. With regard to rent increases, these are based on a number of factors including prevailing market conditions, landlord instructions and comparable properties in the area, rather than solely on improvements made to a property. We are pleased that, following your move, we were able to help reunite you with personal belongings that had been left behind, and we note from our correspondence that some of the items referenced in your review had not previously been reported to us during the tenancy.
