I am a mortgage broker and use/deal with estate agents every day. I have never come across an estate agent like Sims Williams before. They are so helpful, courteous, and really do come across like they care about their clients. What was a stressful move for me, albeit not due to anything Sims Williams done, the staff there, Lin, John, Sarah, Louise, and Richard, were all absolutely brilliant. I hope if/when I move again, I am buying a house through Sims Williams! Thank you All.

Having last sold/purchased a house about 30 years ago the process was quite daunting. All the staff at Simms Williams took the time to listen and support us every step of the way. What three words would We use to describe Simms Williams, Honest, trustworthy and professional. Thoroughly recommend using them.

I chose Sims Williams as Kirstie in sales was the perfect mix of helpful and knowledgeable without adding pressure. Despite my first sale falling through (not their fault) the team as a whole were responsive and supportive throughout the whole process when the next one went ahead.

We sold our property and brought our new property with Sims Williams in Walberton and the whole team were amazingly helpful and made what could have been a very stressful move much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, I could ring up and talk to any of the staff as they were all up to speed on where we were at during every stage. They always gave us plenty of notice of viewing and importantly gave us prompt feedback, which when you're selling a property can because very stressful if you have to chase the agent (we have had this experience with another estate agency). Sims also kept us up to date with where are buyers were at, nothing every felt let it was too much effort for them. When viewing properties with a number of different members of staff, they were never pushy nor made us feel rushed to make decisions. All in all a fab team who are excellent at what they do. I would and have recommended them to anyone who is looking to move home.

They did a great job of selling my house in Barnham. They were really pleasant to deal with, efficient and helpful. They gave good advice and were supportive throughout the process. I considered three different Estate Agents for this, am very glad a picked them would definitely choose them again.

Buying and selling a house is stressful. Having had a poor experience with another estate agent we turned to Simms Williams. How different. They were efficient and supportive through the whole process, with clear communications and the personal touch. And they know their area. We warmly commend them.

Dealing with Sims Williams during our recent move, at each stage of the process, the level of customer care was friendly, welcoming. At each stage of the process we were kept fully informed and updated - and all done with an air that made the process - seem as a personal service as opposed to a business transaction. We couldn't recommend Sims Williams highly enough.
