I cannot thank Sims Williams in Walberton enough for their outstanding service throughout my house purchase. From the very beginning, I felt completely supported, especially by the wonderful Louise, who went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I was purchasing a unique pink detached house called The Nutshell, and Louise was with me every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, always prompt, clear, and reassuring. Buying a home can be such a stressful experience, but Louise made it feel genuinely manageable, even enjoyable. Her calm, kind, and professional approach gave me total confidence in the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I felt like I was truly being looked after from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received, it really made all the difference. Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying). My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process. I have recently moved into the house that Sims Williams found for me. I found this house that I wanted to view on their website and contacted them to arrange a time and date. Unfortunately, during our drive from Folkestone to Chichester to view this particular property I received a call from Louise, to advise me that I would be unable to view as the owner had an emergency situation to deal with. Louise was immediately able to offer me two other houses in the same area that were almost identical. I fell inlove with the first house she showed me. I looked at the alternative, but I had already made my mind up. Following the acceptance of my offer, Sims Williams Sales Progressor, also named Louise took over the reins in ensuring that the sale moved along as quickly and efficiently as possible. This she did with aplomb. When there was a hesitation in the process towards the end, Louise jumped in and ensured that we could all move on our chosen date. I would not hesitate to recommend Sims Williams to both buyers and sellers alike and should the situation every arise, I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience from start to finish in buying the house. My first contact with them was their real estate agent, Sophie, who was knowledgable, kind, and most importantly of all, honest. We viewed a few houses and she did not try oversell any, she gave honest opinions and was really helpful in helping us choose a new home.
