GoogleUtterly awful - incorrect information supplied and when questioned received further incorrect information which degenerated into receiving insults from the office manager. Naturally, responsibility was tried to be foistered on others. Complaints to the head office were not well managed. Thankfully, we have had alternative experience at another branch of Chancellors that was very favourable.

He was great, always replied instantly to my emails and was very professional throughout the whole search for rented accommodation. Especially, when there is a problem in the property and the landlord needs to be contacted for consent. We are very happy with the service that we have received from Chancellors.
