GoogleThis is the second house I've sold through the Thatcham branch of Chancellors and once again they surpassed themselves! Everyone I dealt with in the office from the intial enquiry regarding marketing through to completion was dealt with very efficiently and I was kept informed every step of the way. Their rates were extremely competitive and Luke, Giles and Georgina really did a great job and made the process stress-free. Thank you so much. Kevin C.

GoogleWe brought our house through Chancellors a few years ago and when deciding to sell we initially instructed a different agent. Our property was on the market for 3½ months and at this point we instructed Chancellors and our property was sold at full asking price in less than a week. The staff are friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful and have never left us thinking anything was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

GoogleLauren in the Thatcham branch was amazing. Especially on the day when picked up our Keys, when a error in from the reference checkers she went out of her way and bent over backwards and even stayed a little bit late to ensure we got the keys that day! fantastic service throughout the whole process, giving us all the information we need, and answering any questions we had.

GoogleUtterly awful - incorrect information supplied and when questioned received further incorrect information which degenerated into receiving insults from the office manager. Naturally, responsibility was tried to be foistered on others. Complaints to the head office were not well managed. Thankfully, we have had alternative experience at another branch of Chancellors that was very favourable.
