Not overly impressed, said I'd consider a part project as I'm in the building trade,drove a hour and half to be met by a pleasant young lady and shown a property that should be bulldozed ,the girl had no information with her regards the property as she worked on letting and had only been working with Wards for 3 months. I've given Wards a budget and an area I'd like to live and all I'm getting is properties above my considered amount and not in the area I want to live.Come on wards over to you.

Constantly push for you to see or use their mortgage advisor saying they cant recommend your offer if you dont - even with an aip from another company. Felt let down and will not be purchasing through this company full stop. Luckily there are plenty of other agents available. My advice is dont be pushed around by them.
