They did a good job for me. HJC helped me sell me late mother's house in Speer Road. The team worked well together and were much better at keeping in touch than my solicitor. A very professional set of marketing materials was included in the price I paid. I know that some agent charge extra for this. Overall, a first rate service for a fair price.

I saw a property on your website. I called them to put an offer without viewing the property but they said I need to view it first. We agreed on a viewing the property the next morning. I took the day off to view the property but 1 hour before my appointment, the agency called me and said that the property is not available anymore as one of the viewers put an offer and it was accepted. This is not a professional service as you did not accept my offer without viewing first then you did not give me any chance to view the property.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

We lived in a flat in Hayward road. The building is terrible and sound proofing between flats is minimal, if at all. We were forced to move and pay double rent and bills for three months. HJC put the tennant above us, and would do nothing to control tennant. We heard every noise above, foot steps etc between the hours of 5am and 2am. Other tenants on other flats had the same problems and moved out at the same time. I would not advise living there if the tenants above have wood floors, and sound proofing, if exists is almost nonexistent. HJC often would not answer questions that were put in email to them, and another thing, double check the inventory and take photo on entry and exit, they will get you for things that were not done by you. Personally so disappointed with this firm. We were searching and buying virtually due to COVID and they refused all virtual viewings or through a search agent regardless of us being very focused in search, chain free and with all finances ready.
