We had a fantastic experience buying our new home through HJC. Karen was outstanding from start to finish, always responsive, proactive and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. She kept us updated at every stage, coordinated smoothly with both sides and helped move things forward whenever there were delays. Karen is truly the best agent we have ever met. Thanks to her professionalism, patience and care, we have now secured a beautiful home that we absolutely love. We are very grateful and would highly recommend HJC, especially Karen, to anyone looking to buy in the area.

After initially losing out on a property Karen kept in regular contact and when that property became available again Karen facilitated getting our house on the market in a very short space of time. We sold ours within a couple of weeks after receiving multiple offers in what we’d expected would be a quiet period in the market, enabling us to buy the property we’d hoped for. Karen was easy to contact throughout the process and a pleasure to work with and we would recommend HJC and Karen in particular.

HJC and Karen were brilliant right from the start. Karen in particular, kept us calm when our original buyers pulled out just as we found a house to buy and immediately got our house back out there and found us another buyer in less than a week. She was reassuring and kept us regularly up to date throughout the whole process. She was always available to chat and kept all parties happy. We'd happily recommend HJC and thank you again to Karen!

If you’re selling in Thames Ditton, make sure you ask HJC for a valuation and advice. Reasonable fees and professional, attentive service from start to finish (including a bumpy middle caused by others)! They went way beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Jay, Karen, Tuesday and Melanie for a smooth move. I can’t recommend HJC highly enough.

No one knows Thames Ditton better than these guys! We bought our house through them in 2018 and having been let down by other local estate agents, they ultimately sold it for us. Nice to go full circle with them especially Tuesday Manthorpe who has been great throughout the whole process. Highly recommend, don't bother with any of the competition!

5 Stars for HJC & Alex Langdon (in particular)!!! From start through finish (eventually), we have been very grateful to have been managed so well by such safe hands. What should have been easy, turned out to be a very real challenge, but thanks to Alex and the team, they did a better job than all five other estate agents in the chain! Alex, you were a SUPERSTAR and we are very grateful for all you did to enable us to finally get us moved. HJC - big thumbs up from us! Highly recommended...

We sold and bought with HJC following a failed 6 months with another local agent. HJC had us serious offers within a few weeks and supported us when a buyer pulled out last minute. Special thanks to Tuesday and Karen for all their help.

We found everyone at HJC very helpful at all times during our somewhat tricky and rather drawn out house sale. They were very professional, very prompt and excellent at answering and responding to queries. Their fees were also very competitive. They were extremely helpful as we live over 3 hours away from the property we were selling. All in all a great experience. I would recommend!

I'd have no hesitation in recommending HJC to handle your house sale. They were exceptionally good at keeping us up to date with how the process was going and pro-actively chasing if there were any delays. The best Estate Agents I have used to date.
