She had done her homework to value our home accurately rather than just check Rightmove and see what other similar sized properties were up for which is what the other local agents did on meeting them. GoogleWe used Tim Russ to sell my late mother's house in Thame. The service we received was distinctly 'average'. The branch manager was rude and offensive. It felt like they were more interested in representing our buyer than us as a customer. On the day of completion, we found out the buyer hadn't been informed of a price discount we had offered some weeks beforehand and so,although we were quids in, this left a disappointing taste to the sale. Personally I would not recommend these guys, but I cannot vouch for any of the others in Thame.

From the initial contact through to completion of the sale Daniel provided excellent service and attention to detail. The whole sales team were professional and pro-active to both buyer and seller. They managed an extremely tight time scale interacting with both the buyers and sellers conveyancers. Great job all round - thank you !

GoogleTim Russ has done a good job of managing our properties. A special shout out for Nigel Wallace Regional Head of Property management who has been swift and efficient in responses to challenges and has expedited work that was time sensitive.
