When our current Letting Agent went into administration, we looked at various options for our 2 properties in Haddenham & all the initial information pointed to Tim Russ as the best Letting Agent to suit our requirements. I sent an email to the Lettings Department in Thame & Laura contacted us immediately & after a long chat we were both happy with our choice. We then had various ups & downs with the changeover, but Laura was always on hand to help solve the problems. We initially need to sort out changing 1 tenancy, but due to some bad news from our long-term favourite tenant, we ended up re- letting both properties. Immediately a list of potential tenants were submitted to us & Laura completed all viewings & both properties had new tenants with only a 2 day break between tenancies. Then Joy came into the picture & kept us up to date with all the progress, and along with the Street App, we always knew what was happening. We didn't know the process could run so smoothly. So 2 months down the line, what could have been a Nightmare Situation turned into a Blessing in disguise, with a Letting Agent who has worked with us a made our Letting Experience much more enjoyable.

The process to list was effortless, and took us only a couple of weeks to find a buyer! Tim Russ has been absolutely brilliant in helping us to get our house sold. John Horton in particular was fantastic in finding us a buyer within a week and even when we lost this buyer, John got our house back on the market immediately and had new viewings organised within the same day and secured us a new buyer within 48 hours. It was an incredible turnaround and we are so very thankful to John (and Dominic!) for his expertise, cooperation and calm determination to help us at a time when we needed it the most. House moving is undoubtedly a stressful time especially moving with young children but John has been so kind, very understanding and helped to make this process go as smoothly as possible. I have been with Tim Russ for around 5 years, I can't express enough how much the company and especially Nigel Wallace have helped over the years, I have let two properties in this time with them, when my first property was being sold, Nigel Wallace went above and beyond to find me and my son (who was then 4 years old) another property, the way he helped me you can tell he values and respects the people he works with as he didn't have to go to such lengths to help. Tim Russ helped us find a great first let in Long Crendon. Nigel is efficient and helpful when it comes to emails, visiting the property and acting as a great bridge of communication between us and the landlord. I’ve been told he looks after multiple properties, but it never cuts into his attention to our needs when we ask for aid or clarification on anything! Our move in was speedy and efficient with Joy and Nigel helping get contracts signed, adjusted if required and all necessary paperwork over to us when needed. Thanks to the team :)!

Very happy with our recent sale through Tim Russ and Co. John Horton was our main contact and he was very good at keeping us informed of viewings and the feedback from them. After losing our original buyer new viewings were quickly organised and within 2 weeks we had re-sold which meant that our own purchase was able to continue.
