GoogleHaving received a speedy, friendly and accurate response to my request for a probate valuation I instructed Chancellors to sell my mother's home of 45 years in Long Crendon early 2023. Chancellors staff presented the ordinary semi detached property at its best for the marketing material and managed to generate some interest and many viewings. Although not the fault of Chancellors we had a couple of near misses on the sale but Chancellors continued to keep up the interest eventually selling the house to a super young family (something that we were keen to see happen). During the process first Dan, then Hugo stayed positive and consulted regularly on strategy and imparted their experience in identifying genuine offers over speculative ones. While there are online portal style offerings for the seller to see status updates I was always pleased hear the important stuff relayed over the phone. In the end Hugo saw us over the line - he's a very personable chap, has the details in his head on the properties under his charge making you feel like he's working on your sale only and doesn't deal in any unsubstantiated hopeful or baseless flannel. He gave honest summations of the situations at all times which is I imagine what most sellers want. I would recommend Chancellors and Hugo in particular should you wish to sell a property in the Thame area.

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of our Bungalow in Brill. We sold through Chancellors Estate Agents in Thame and we couldn't be any happier with the service and feedback Hugo and Daniel gave us. They both went above and beyond to keep the sale on track even when our own solicitor was finding it hard to get updates from our buyer's conveyancer. We would definitely recommend chancellors to family & friends and as our selling agents again If we were every to move again in the future. Many Thanks to the Thame Branch .
