GoogleI chose Chancellors to market my property on the strength of our first meeting and that choice has been the right one. James has kept me informed all through the sale process with marketing data on a regular basis. When prospective viewings have been booked he has been professional while still maintaining a friendly attitude. When an offer was made, James was very diligent in contacting past "viewees" to keep them up to date with the imminent sale of the property so I was confident I had achieved the best price for my home.

GoogleThis review is about Grace King Estate Agent for Chacellors. From the start, trying to find me a house Grace was profesional polite and knowledegable, she and her team were easy to contact and when i did find the house i wanted Grace whent that extra bit to make sure that the house was secured for me and continued to do so for a long time until eventualy i was able to purchace. Even though Grace moved to another branch part way through i still had a call from her when the sale completed. To any one buying or selling i can highly recommend Grace and others at Chancellors.

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.
