We were selling my late Dad's house and had struggled to get any interest for 9 months before Daniel advised us how to market it effectively, took our instructions, and found us a buyer within 48 hours. He had to deal with a bereaved family and the additional challenges of pandemic restrictions, but he handled it all with enthusiasm and empathy. I bought my first house in 1986 and this is the best service I have had in all those years. When we were ready to go, we listed our house on the Monday, they marketed the property and lined up 7 viewings within the week for the first Saturday morning.
