We honestly can’t put into words how brilliant Thomas & Thomas have been. From day one, they’ve been nothing but friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They didn’t just help us sell our home, they were right there with us every step of the way in buying our new one too. Every single person we dealt with was amazing. They worked so hard to keep things moving, especially when the solicitors made things more complicated than they needed to be. You could tell how much they cared about getting it all sorted for us, and that really meant a lot. What stood out most was how personal they made the whole process feel. It never felt like we were just another sale, they really took the time to understand us and what we needed. They went above and beyond, and we’ll always be grateful for their patience, persistence, and kindness. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares, you honestly won’t find better than Thomas & Thomas. They’re a fantastic team, and we can’t thank them enough. A very special thank you has to go to Daniel Thomas, who was truly incredible from start to finish. He went above and beyond in every possible way to keep things moving, even when it felt like everything was against us. When the solicitors caused endless delays and frustrations, Daniel was the calm in the storm. He was always there at the end of the phone, keeping us updated, reassuring us, and doing absolutely everything he could to push things forward. His kindness, patience, and sheer determination were honestly remarkable. You could tell he genuinely cared about us and wanted the best possible outcome, not just a sale. That personal touch meant the world to us. We can say hand on heart that we wouldn’t have got through it without him.

Libby has been an absolutely exceptional estate agent throughout the whole process. Our sale was unfortunately bottlenecked by unbelievably slow solicitors chosen by the sellers, where she consistently went the extra mile, helping the sale progress at each stage by conveying all communications up and down the chain. In many cases, she was conveying communication from the sellers solicitors to the sellers before they had done it themselves. Libby saved us such a large amount of time and stress, so we would like to wholeheartedly thank her. I would definitely recommend Thomas Property based on my experience.

I found Thomas and Thomas Property by chance when the letting agent I had engaged sold his business to them. I was initially cautious as I had not been informed of the handover. However, from the very start, I have been delighted by the professionalism, dedication to providing an excellent service and highly personable approach of Thomas and Thomas. I cannot fault them. In addition to the excellent service , they have honoured all the price agreements I had with the initial letting agent. All staff I gave engaged with have been first rate. Most of my dealings have been with Selina and Kelly. Over the last year, I have enjoyed very professional help and advice from Thomas & Thomas. They are always prompt answering my queries and keep me informed on the status of any issues. They also pay me the rent from my tenants, on the day they receive it. Kelly has been particularly helpful throughout.

The whole team at Thomas & Thomas were so professional, kind and the customer service was first class but my review has to highlight Daniel Thomas. He went above and beyond his role of an estate agent and worked tirelessly to get the sale of our property over the line. Dan kept us informed and truly cared about us as a customer and a family. I’d had a previous experience with an estate agent selling a probate property which made me feel the same about all estate agents; they didn’t care, they just wanted the sale and their commission but Dan at Thomas and Thomas has totally changed my perception. Dan was extremely knowledgable on the type of property, area and how best to market our flat and it was on Rightmove and the website within 12 hours of our initial conversation. We recently viewed a property on behalf of a disabled person who was unable to attend the viewing. Selina showed us around and as I was taking photos of the property, informed me that there is a virtual tour that I could share with the tenant. This enabled them to make an informed choice and feel part of the viewing, despite being unable to attend. Selina was very empathetic and liaised with the landlord to explain about the persons needs and specific situation. She managed to put everyone at ease and went over and above to accommodate, including organising an out of our visit. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I went into the office to collect the keys and the whole atmosphere, friendliness of the team and welcoming environment shone out above all other estate agents that we deal with. Thomas and Thomas have clearly raised the benchmark in the property rental sector and we hope to use them again for all future housing needs in the local area.

Thomas and Thomas are an outstanding company that have made an extremely difficult and stressful sale far more bearable. After 19 months, two collapsed chains and three buyers we have finally completed and we would not have got there without the sheer determination, commitment and hard work of Daniel, Selina and the team. Nothing was too much trouble and both Daniel and Selina were always one step ahead, going out of their way to continually chase estate agents, solicitors and buyers. Their knowledge of the industry is second to none and even though they are always so busy, it always felt like we were their only clients, as their commitment to getting our sale over the line always felt like a priority to them. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and expertise, we couldn’t have got there without them, and they definitely kept us sane throughout an extremely challenging period of time.
