I have had an acceptable working relationship with Andrews Leasehold Management (Bristol) for nearly 20 years as both a leaseholder and freeholder capacity. However the last 2 years has been a complete nightmare. They are now incompetent, ignorant and incapable. The same can be said for their third party suppliers. They will do damage to your property. "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently."Warren Buffett.......they didn't and got FIRED........after nearly two years of nonsense and grief from these clowns they want me/us to discuss the matter... to late you have been FIRED. Please,please anyone who who is thinking of even picking up the phone and engaging (or trying) don't do it!!INEXPERIENCE+INCOMPETENCE+IGNORANCE=ANDREWS

GoogleI'm not sure about buying or selling house through Andrews but if you are renting a house through them it's good to know from the start that they exist only to serve land lords not for tenants. Every time you ask them to get something done on the rented property that will check with landlord and whether work needs to be done or not they will do only what the landlord says. I had a stress full experience every time I had an issue with the property. But you don't get many choices with rented properties not can you choose your estate agents because there aren't many houses to rent in Tewkesbury.

Since your tenancy ended we have taken measures to ensure that our tenants can easily raise issues with our properties so that these can be quickly rectified. Furthermore please consider that we must get permission from the Landlord when fixing certain issues which I believe was the issue with your property. GoogleI have been on rather a journey the past few months selling my property through Andrews and have been so impressed with Emily Tarantino and the staff at Tewkesbury. My first buyer dropped out just before contracts were being drawn which was not good news for any of us. However Emily and. team worked hard and I now have another buyer. Another problem arose and yet again Emily has come to the rescue. The matter swiftly sorted and the sale now progressing . Throughout all this all the Tewkesbury agents either on the phone or in person have been very respectful polite and exceedingly helpful. A really great service. Thanks to them. Great experience from start to finish and they where always super responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the process no matter what they were. Would also like to mention Imogen and Jack as they did everything to make sure the whole process was smooth and easy for us. If we come to sell our house or buy another one we would use Andrews and would recommend to others as well.
