Mark has worked above and beyond in supporting our house sale, they were critical in steering us through significant life changes, a responsibility that demands trust and credibility. Mark had understanding and empathy for my mother needing to sell her home and took this through to the end of the deal. Fantastic property manager Andrews

Sarah has been a fantastic property manager over a number of years for Andrews. Initially, when I decided to rent out my UK property, I wanted a single point of contact for all queries ranging from rental payments to repairs and contracts. Sarah has performed this role exceptionally well. The recent communication between myself and the tenant, requesting permission to redecorate is a classic example where she simply facilitates a timely conversation with the tenant. Simple? It should be but it is not always the case with many serivce companies where trying to get a quick answer is often difficult and bureaucratic. This is the importance of dedicated professional property managers. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have been with Andrews for a couple of years now and I am still very impressed and amazed how they provide excellent services to their tenants, customers and clients. Anything from a little inquiry to biggest repair concerns, they always are on top of it and make sure they are addressed as soon as possible. Very efficient. Very professional service. Arranged viewings with us to fit our schedule and multiple addresses together. Tom and Stefan were very knowledgeable on the properties they had available and were able to recommend properties based on our needs. They also put us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Although we did not buy a property through Andrews, we are still using the mortgage advisor to purchase a property. The advice we have received had been very useful and moving forwards fees there are very reasonable. I would recommend Andrews.

We are absolutely delighted to have chosen to go with Andrews to sell our property, Stan and his team cannot be recommended enough they have always been polite, punctual and very professional and oh so extremely helpful considering we had a few hiccups along the way with buyers and solicitors. Amazing, Friendly and got the property sorted in one day!

Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?

I cannot recommend Russell Clarke highly enough

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I cannot thank him enough.
