GoogleWe approached this agent as it was based locally, explaining our situation and hoping to be dealt with professionalism and understanding. I was surprised when we had only a few viewings booked by people who weren't interested in the area nor our house. Every time somebody else was showing around the house. Not sure if this is common practice, but more personal approach would been preferable. Considering how much money they charge for their services, the service isn't good enough, not for me and my family.
