GoogleI have just started using Andrews to manage my buy-to-let property and am very impressed so far - they were very proactive in finding a tenant, all the paperwork is sent over in a timely manner, and they use a portal so signing paperwork is quick and easy. Every time I deal with them I am more than happy with the service I receive. I have talked to a few of their staff now (Rebecca, Cara, Lucy, Shayla, Josh, Dan P, & Dan H) and all of them are helpful and friendly. I contacted Andrew’s as I was Interested in a property they had for sale. Spoke with Nancy and arranged a viewing. Fell in love with the property so ended up putting an offer forward. Being a first time buyer can be quite nerve racking but with the service I received from Nancy this was made a lot easier and put me at ease. Great, friendly customer service which made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase.

GoogleWe want to leave a review for Rebecca Crosby who we have been working with. From the start up until now she has been incredibly helpful and professional. She organised for us to see a house which had been taken off market which we had been trying to find on right move and when she met us for the viewing she was fantastic ! We have done quite a few viewings and often you almost feel like you’re bothering the people who show you around as they aren’t interested or helpful but not with Rebecca! She had great knowledge of the area and when showing us the rooms had ideas and tips of what we could do when and if we purchased the house. Because of Rebecca we did purchase the house and hope to be moving soon ! The housing world would be a much more pleasant environment if all restate agents took a leaf out of Rebecca’s book !
