The customer care, professionalism and attention to detail were excellent, from the initial valuation, through to arranging of viewings and the weekly progress updates once we had agreed our sale and purchase. We were particularly impressed by the way they rapidly arranged new viewings when our first buyer pulled out (through no fault of Andrews), and we also liked the Sunday viewings option when we were looking at properties. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews, Bishops Cleeve to others.

My experience of dealing with Akshar (sales lead) and Tony (sales mgr) at Andrews WP office has been quite positive. Akshar has most patiently managed my queries through the tenure of the contract negotiation and Tony managed the back end, helping secure the house buy.
