GoogleI was registered with Andrews Estate Agent (Bishops Cleeve) with respect to finding suitable rental property in the area. I have been registered with them for over a year now and in that time no properties were brought forward for consideration. The only time I had dealt with the Bishops Cleeve branch was in relation to a property that I had found and gotten in touch with them about to arrange a viewing. Unfortunatly, it was not suitable on the basis that I was looking for a property at least a month down the line (to account for moving cost), which I was told that they would need someone who could commit within a week. Don't get me wrong, the customer relation skills of all who work there is very good. What a shame that the security deposits and rent prices are astronomically high for the area, not to mention general service and aftercare for lettings (or even acquiring a letting) is greatly lacking!
