GoogleI dont usually write reviews but I thought Perry Bishop deserve some praise for the service and value the whole team provide in Tetbury. Im a property developer and have recently started some new projects in the area and one of them has been acquired through Perry Bishop. The whole process was smooth and I was always kept up to date at each stage of acquisition. Once we completed, we kept in touch and sought advice on the finishes we are looking at for the project to best suit the market and what is needed in the locality. I would highly recommend using the team here and im sure we will do a lot more business together in the near future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I recently dealt with the Tebury Office regards a home my late father had lived in. At what was already a difficult time the lack of response to queries while trying to exit the property he had lived in (given I live 200 miles ) discuss the deposit return, meter readings etc made this a difficult process. The only timely response I got was to a question about recommending local cleaning and decorating services, no doubt commission linked to that one! Luckily the landlady herself was very accommodating and hands on so we got there in the end.

GoogleExcellent service from the team at Perry Bishop, with particular mentions for Lynn and Helen. We were kept informed every step of the way and they were always available at the end of the phone/email, even with all of the difficulties that COVID threw in our way.... after our chain collapsed, they somehow achieved a miracle, with offer to completion in under 8 weeks in order to meet our mortgage offer deadline. I cannot recommend them enough and would not hesitate to use them again (though with any luck, we won't be leaving our "forever" home for a very very long time!)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I was happy with the covid-safe viewings and negotiation process, and the Sales Progression Team have been fantastic with their weekly updates and chasing solicitors to ensure my purchase progressed as quickly as possible during the pandemic. Upon completion I received a welcome pack which was generous and well thought out and even included anti-bac wipes, hand gel, 2 coffee cups and more importantly COFFEE!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Julie and Ollie at the Tetbury office were really efficient and helpful with the sale of my commercial rental property. They went above and beyond by providing regular meter readings and sourcing a cleaner, which was a huge help as I lived far away. They gave quick feedback on viewings and the sale went through smoothly. Would recommend.

Horrific agency in Tetbury, wasting peoples time and discriminating against people who have good money. Why? Because of a need for a small mortgage? Then they deny it- and when you offer more, you are still told no!??? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Professional people like me, told them exactly what our position was, that we wanted the house and would offer to secure it as the first people through the door. But not them... Oh no, what they do is, they know you're interested and they let you go there at considerable expense, they let you offer well over the asking price and then they tell you "your offer is declined" and "You're not the right buyer for the house or the vendors circumstances" WHAT????? And when you say they are discriminating. They claim they aren't! And they also claim they didn't say any of those things. REALLY!!! Can't even own it! I am outraged. Then the same woman Julie, then says "It's not about the price!" As it if were bad enough what she told me, she then has to be further insulting by telling me its not about the price!! So effectively using us, to drive the price up. When they could have advertised from the START. Cash buyers only like everyone else does! I suggest Perry Bishop in Tetbury. That the three of you go and find other jobs. Because you are unprofessional. Now we are going to be homeless with nowhere to go! Thanks to you ladies! Because I haven't found anything I like more for the price. AVOID PERRY BISHOP AND CHAMBERS Tetbury AT ALL COST! Go to Savills instead. They will look after you. Utterly shocking! Utterly horrifying experience.
