Spamming and unresponsive.I've several times tried to unsubscribe from mailing lists, but keep getting the messages. Have tried emailing the sender directly and the office separately but never get any response. So I will not use them to sell my house and will also try to avoid buying through them

Used to sell my house - a positive experience. It took a while, but they were focused on getting the right people through the door, and then keeping the sale going through 9 months of inefficiencies and issues from the chain - very proactive in progressing the sale.
