This company has the poorest communication skills and scam you out of your own rent. I have been unable to get in touch with agents for weeks or months at a time and when I do their service has always been insufficient. Recently management seems to have changed as they have gotten even worse and employees always seem unwilling to help or have an attitude.

GoogleI have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
