FacebookAWFUL COMPANY! Not sure they even exist to be honest..no one ever answers the phone e mails or social media. I have left so many voicemails and e mails for an urgent response as one of their tenants and still waiting well over a week later!! Are you even still open??

They are the most terrible estate agent I've encountered. Firstly, they have refused to pay my deposit Secondly, I had to pay £55 electricity bill of the previous tenants and they've refused to pay.

GoogleI couldn't recommend anyone else tbh, a very smooth process, constant updates with progress of the application and almost instant response to emails, I don't know another company in the world that answer the telephone quicker. GoogleI have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
