GoogleDB Roberts and all the staff provide a very efficient service in managing a property I rent out, I have recently been dealing with Bethany Stevens who has provided me with an excellent responsive service. Nothing is too much trouble and no question is too stupid (trust me I have a few). I would definitely recommend DB Roberts to any Landlords looking for a proactive and efficient management of a property.

I have used DB Roberts as my letting agents for a number of years now. In all that time, I have found the service they provide to be very professional. My more recent interactions with Nicole have lived up to this. Nicole has dealt with my queries and property related issues very promptly. Tradespeople have been engaged swiftly ensuring work is completed with minimal disruption to tenants. Where there have been questions, Nicole has quickly had these answered.

Best estate agents ever! Been in one of their rental properties for the last 3 years and I can honestly say it's been bliss. I hear/read horror stories from others about their experiences with agents and landlords but never had any negative experience with DB Roberts. They are very prompt in response to problems and go above and beyond to get things fixed. Sorted my blocked drainage on short notice over a weekend. They take their clients comfort seriously.They'll be the first ones I'll call as soon as I get my own property.Special shout to Nicole Stiller......She's the best!!Thank you DB Roberts

GoogleThe level of service given has been appaling. We have chosen to take the property off the market with DB Roberts and gone with a different estate agents. They simply dont care, they dont return phone calls or emails or even chase things up with purchasers. It was left for 10 weeks before they even decided to check with the people buying our house how they were getting on with their mortgage application. We have been constantly lied too, the lady called Ruth (saying the people buying our property are at the 3rd stage of their mortgage) when in fact they hadnt even started their application which we have phone recordings of them telling us this after saying there was nothing to worry about and it was at the final stages and when confronted with this the reply we get is 'yer we can see where your coming from' The manager 'Matt' is nothing but a typical salesman, feeding you incorrect information and pulling the wool over our eyes and then cuts contact never to be heard from even after numerous emails and phone calls! I would highly suggest that anyone thinking of using them to steer well clear because its nothing but problem after problem with them and we completely regret ever deciding to go with DB Roberts and will be putting in a formal complaint. Edit: it doesnt surprise me they cant find the transaction this is in relation too on their system. Says it all really!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have a property which I purchased with a view to renting for a period while I spent some time overseas. I agreed to use the Agent D B Roberts to let the property and keep me informed about people who would want to rent it. This agent has performed an absolutely super job letting the apartment, vetting the client and getting necessary work done to keep the property up to date. During approx 10 years the Senior Property Manager and the Head of Property Management have been excellent managers and provided me with a very efficient service, and kept me up to date with any problems advising on solutions then resolving all problems satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the total service given over all these years.

I moved into a DB Robert’s property in August last year. The process from viewing online to actually moving in was around 2.5 months. Some of which was affected by me and rent timings but generally it wasn’t the fastest process like finding a shared house for example.The paperwork was an awful lot less than I recall in past renting and there’s no upfront costs or fees to the administrator, however, prices for the monthly rents have gone up (not DB Robert’s but generally speaking)… DB manage my property on behalf of the landlord and lady, I’ve mostly been left to my own devices apart from a couple inspections and every time I’ve called DB the staff are always really friendly. I needed to change the rent payment date and preferred a new contract stating such, although it was an unusual request, Bethany from Telford branch was able to accommodate and I was able to provide a new one for other purposes. The admin of DB are very helpful and approachable no matter which branch.

GoogleFirstly i would like to say discrimation of disability is not acceptable now in this day and age, from yourselfs as a professional company or a landlord. Had all the rights and full criteria to let a property with yourselfs and you stated my brother wasnt picked because basically the landlord felt the upkept and my brothers disability were a issue!! Wrong so wrong will never use again disgraceful EDITED UPDATE : Still not had no phone call from anybody to explain which more than proves to me with what you stated on the phone to my mum and the reasons my brother didnt get this property is discrimination and you are more than aware and are fully responsible for this !!
