We were extremely pleased with the service that Ben provided. He gave us an accurate estimate on the optimum selling price an advice on what we should and should not do. He delivered a number of interested buyers, just as he promised to do. We received several offers and negotiated a deal that was satisfactory for us. He was then tireless in getting the deal through. Dart acted as our letting agent for 8 years, and provided an excellent service throughout that time. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, and they always responded to any communications quickly which was important to me. They secured good quality tenants, and when occasional problems occurred, they acted promptly to inform me and resolve them. Sub contractors used for property maintenance were always at a reasonable rate. We had a few tenancy changes and these always went smoothly with minimum void time between them. The eventual sale of the flat was co-ordinated smoothly which was pleasing, as this can be difficult with tenants in situ. I would definitely recommend and use them again

If you are looking to sell your property with this company then I would strongly advise you look elsewhere, we are cash buyers, so nothing to sell, no chain etc, we popped in over the weekend to register our details and enquire about one particular property. We were met by a very pleasant young girl who took our details but it was her first day so couldn’t answer any of our questions, she informed us that Paul the manager would be able to help. We waited and after a few minutes he appeared and sat at his desk where upon he engaged himself in working on his computer and mobile phone, we obviously wanted to know as much as possible about the property but he seemed pre occupied and only gave very limited answers to our questions. He couldn’t even be bothered to stand up and introduce himself, so we left to register with the other estate agents. This morning we get an email saying that he has removed our details from their mailing list ! I don’t think we will ever be stepping inside their door again!
