FacebookExcellent customer service. I cannot find a single thing that was negative. Communication was spot on; queries were responded to within the day. Even during lockdown, I could not fault their service. Local business with local people who know the area and have their customers best interests at heart. When I move again (not for a while as they helped me find the perfect house), I will most definitely use them again. I would highly recommend this estate agent for buying and selling.

FacebookAwful service, arranged a viewing of a property at the earliest opportunity informed them we were a cash buyer ready to proceed and first viewing was booked Monday told today that someone had made an offer which has been accepted no opportunity to make a better offer or view, vendor is either desperate (in which case it would have made sense to allow counter offer) or sorted "in house" to a preferred buyer not a good experience at all!

FacebookI got 5 valuations but I opted for Fraser & Wheeler because Chris actually listened to what I wanted to do and responded with good suggestions. Most of the other estate agents clearly undervalued the property because they wanted an easy quick sale...well, Chris did get an easy quick sale but at the right price! The rest of the team were also great. Sam and the others in the office always got straight back to me if I had a question and contacted me straight away when needed. I would definitely recommend Fraser & Wheeler as a straightforward, honest team who will do a good job for you.

FacebookThe Fraser & Wheeler estate agents were fabulous. We were delighted with the professionalism and their grace. All the team - especially the super Chris Parkes - were amiable and efficient. They sold our house quickly and the transaction from start to finish was uneventful (which is how it should be). If a problem arose they dealt with it and resolved the issue quickly - we were at all times kept in the loop regarding our buyers' selling. I was recommended F&W by a dear friend and colleague of mine and was not disappointed by this company's work. FacebookThe whole Team at Fraser and Wheeler were simply amazing. Kind friendly professional and super efficient. We sold our flat and had 13 viewings booked over a period of a week and accepted an offer on the 6th day. We also purchased our current property through F&W. They were always on hand to answer questions and generally manage both the sale and purchase through to completion. They went above and beyond the usual estate agent service providing advice and support to us throughout the sale process. Fraser and Wheeler also have a refreshing aproach to property viewings, as a vendor they provided feedback after every viewings and as a buyer they avoiding the usual hard sales approach.
