FacebookI like the fact that they are independent - rather than a chain. I like the personal approach that the director comes to your home & explains the process. All viewings were done promptly & efficiently without me having to be involved at all. Just the right amount of feedback. The office staff are friendly & helpful. But MOST OF ALL …… I love the fact that they sold my house- in a week - for the asking price!

They kept me informed throughout the process and were happy for me to ring up and ask questions. If they weren’t available when I contacted them, they got back to me very quickly. They have kept on top of my sale and followed up when needed. I’d highly recommend them.

We dealt with Ben who kept us informed of progress throughout the transaction and was always there to answer any queries we had and ensured that everything progressed smoothly.. We have moved several times over the past 20 years and without doubt Fraser and Wheeler are head and shoulders above any of the previous agents we have used. They were straight with us at all times (something which is not easily found with agents from our experience) . The valuation placed on our property was sensible-they do not try to give unrealistic valuations just to get your business. A honest firm with ultimate integrity

FacebookWe received fantastic service from Chris, Amy and the team at Fraser and Wheeler. Chris came out to our property to value it back in November and completely understood that we needed to sell quickly to get the house we wanted. We had a high number of viewings, undertaken by Amy, in the first week and sold the house in that time. Unfortunately the rest of the process wasn’t as easy but after almost 8 months, a lockdown and 3 different buyers we are in our dream house! Chris, thank you so much for all the advice and help you gave us, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Having originally established a potential purchase with Ben Fraser, it was clear that the situation was more difficult than easy. Ben wasted no time in establishing an alternative property, one which we are now enjoying so very much. All the staff have acted with courtesy, professionalism and with transparency. Chris was friendly & professional when I met him at the property which they had just taken on that same day, they got me in to see it & we got sale agreed before it hit rightmove! I then had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Karen who saw the sale go through from start to finish she was fab! Karen went above and beyond her job role keeping me updated almost daily, her calm & friendly manner made this whole process so much easier I felt I could ask her anything & nothing was to much. She dealt with both parties so professional & would always call me back when she would say and pass on all relevant info I needed to hear. I cannot thank you all enough! Highly recommend you all.

GoogleAs we wanted to sell our holiday home in Dawlish Warren and not living there we did not know any of the Estate Agents. We visited Fraser and Wheeler office and felt very welcome there. When Lucy came to take details of our holiday let she was very pleasant and explained every thing to us. We have had very bad experiences with estate agents before when selling our home but not with Fraser and Wheeler. Lucy kept us updated with everything and showing clients around. Even when she sold the property she dealt with everything for us. I would recommend Fraser and Wheeler to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. We are now looking for another holiday let and Lucy is keeping an eye out for us. They are so helpful.

Moving house is a very stressful time and dealing with solicitors and developers can be hard going, Frazer and Wheeler were the ray of light in the middle of the process that helped us through. GoogleWe used Fraser and Wheeler in Dawlish to sell both our homes prior to moving in together and we have been extremely pleased with the service they have offered right from the first contact with Ben. My partners home sold less than 24 hours after going on the market and mine was sold a few days later. Communication has been superb and I have spoken with all of the staff in Dawlish over the past few weeks. My partners house has completed already in less than 3 months and I hope to be in a position to exchange contracts on mine in the next few days. So if you are contemplating selling your home and you want a fair and realistic valuation and a smooth journey through the complexities of the housing market can’t go wrong with Fraser and Wheeler. They valued the house realistically from the start, unlike other agents who over-valued the property. GoogleWe have recently sold our property with Fraser & Wheeler, the valuation given for our property was accurate and we received an offer just below the asking price which we accepted as cash buyers. Following the offer we were given regular updates on progress of the sale and the team chased solicitors to ensure a smooth process through to exchange and completion. Excellent service and pleased with how the whole process was dealt with on our behalf.
