Karl helped us to find our perfect family home, by far the best estate agents I have delt with. Karl was at our beck and call 24 hours a day and couldn't have been more helpful. Jackson-Stops Newmarket office handled the sale of my mother's house for us. The property is unusual and they identified the key distinctive features, advised a well-pitched price and produced a beautiful comprehensive brochure generating even more serious interest than we hoped for. These are not easy times for the housing market but the service we received was positive and professional throughout, entirely on top of the details of the property and the negotiations. GooglePlease reconfirm and verify every statement carefully. Agents like this harm the industry. The agent we dealt with was highly unprofessional. As an international student group, we were unfamiliar with the rules around letting in the UK, and the agent took advantage of our lack of knowledge, possibly even taking us for granted. The agency, represented by this agent named Anisa, collected £496 as a holding deposit but never refunded it. To make matters worse, the agent never informed us that the deposit was non-refundable. It’s a real shame that we lost that money under such unfair circumstances, and it’s unlikely that anyone will benefit from it.

We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way.We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful.The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with.Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

GoogleTom at Jackson Stops in Teddington has done a fantastic job helping myself and my husband find perfect rental properties in the area. When our original landlord wished to return to his property (which Tom had found for us) Tom was straight on the case and knew exactly what we were looking for and the features we required (e.g being pet friendly for our puppy, Barney). Within a week we had a new place sorted which removed a huge amount of stress and frustration usually experienced when renting properties in London. Tom does not employ the usual pressure tactics we have experienced in the past with other agencies which was a welcome relief. Would happily recommend and would look to him in the future if moving in the area without hesitation

We were buyers of a property listed by Jackson Stops. We experienced some uncertainty towards the end of the conveyancing process and were nervous that the entire sale would fall apart. Thankfully, the communication from James and Ria was positive, consistent, and of high quality. If James said he would contact me by the next morning with news, he did. I credit them with saving the entire purchase. Very grateful for their efforts!

the best estate agents around, truly a seamless and easy experience, moving/renting/referencing can be really stressful but the team make things really quick and stress free. the girl who moved me into my property is no longer with the company but the level of professionalism is still brilliant. i had a leak which was resolved really quickly, their communication with this issue and in general was 10/10.they really do set an example of how estate agents should be 👏🏼💘
