She is very professional and helpful and nice to speak to thanks daisy, had the valuations done now so next step. Ishe also sent email to help with understanding the selling process.

Excellent. Company representative Beth Lofts called me to discuss my selections. She sent me a useful list of questions to put to estate agents at the time of valuation, and a comprehensive list of other successful local estate agents. I also received follow up emails from GetAgent to ensure that appointments for valuation had been made.

Very useful information sent and contacts to 3 Estate Agents although one is not in the area we are searching to buy. All Estate Agents seem much more interested in giving a valuation of our current property rather than helping us to find the sort of small ground floor apartment or Bungalow in Pangbourne that we need to find first before selling as we can with reason buy before selling.

Had my house on the market for 3 months with no joy. Feeling very dissatisfied with my previous agent I just happened to come across get agent on Google. Spoke to a lovely knowledgeable gentleman and referred me to the top 3 estate agents in my area . Got two coming over tomorrow and hopefully I can sell my house soon .

the on line valuation is so far out its a joke. Other valuations are 100k above these jokers, in fact the house was bought above the upper estimate 6 years ago- and prices have risen for the past 5 years.

Online estimated valuations can vary from house to house when influential data points cannot be considered from the many factors that determine a market value. The valuation you received does however appear to be incorrect: we would be grateful if you could send us your address to homeowner@getagent.co.uk titled FAO: Dev (Valuation feedback), to help us improve our tool. I used getagent.co.uk to get a shortlist of estate agents in my area as I wished to get a valuation for selling my property. The website was really easy to use and informative. Then within 1 day I received a call from a really friendly and informative agent (Marwa) who put me in touch with a few recommended estate agents and some useful links. Really pleased with the level of service!
