TrustpilotPersonable and honest, great service
I requested a local agency listing online with getagent.co.uk and was blown away by the personable, honest and valuable info I received from the customer service representative, Jasmine, who gave me a courtesy call after my request. She answered my many questions and left me with confidence to speak to local estate agents. Thank you, not often you get service like this these days, five star.

TrustpilotGetAgent on line - how to choose best Estate Agent in our area
After looking at GetAgent on line, they contacted me promptly. We had a good discussion about the best Estate Agents to use in my area. Mr O'Neil Rwehumbiza (the Client Services Executive) listened and took on board my greviances with our present Estate Agent and why we want to change. He gave some good informative advice which we will take on board.

Changed agent through this website but worse than before- no viewings whatsoever and no communication or updates or help. Just trying to get their commission for doing nothing -should have stayed with original one.

TrustpilotUse this site before choosing an agent!
I found the website easy to use and extremely informative. I then had a follow up call from Shamarley Kelly who gave me further information and clear advice which was summed up in an email. I only wish that I’d done this before getting into a contract with another estate agent which has cost me time in the selling process

I found this website, as we are looking to sell our property, and promptly after I put my details in Anne Alowo gave me a call and explained a few things I should be looking for in a good Estate Agent and she also recommended a short list of agents whom best performed sales-wise in the last 12 months. All of that without us paying a penny.
