within minutes of clicking some requests for a valuation I was called by IJ Agbanyim to see if I was getting the correct response from the agents I had chosen. She is so efficient that the agents hadn't even received my requests because it was out of hours! If the service continues to be so very efficient, I will be very pleased indeed!

Was well surprised how quickly an agent made contact with me after my inquiry- 30 minutes at most! She was very understanding about my not quite straightforward situation and gave comprehensive advice, as well as putting me in touch with the top 3 agencies in my area; one of them rang within another 20 minutes! Still waiting for the other two, but ok, early days

What worked well was providing a list of local agents and their performance statistics - this helped in selecting agents for valuations and choosing one to sell my property. Didn't find the process of agents contacting me worked all that well - this was more hit and miss and I contacted them when they took too long. After that haven't found it as useful as I did at the start

The valuer came out to value and knew nothing about the market in this area, was in the property 15 minutes. Valued the property £100k higher than the five other valuations I had received. I would never use this agent as I consider them to be very dishonest in communications they had with a solicitor.
