I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to enter details of a property on GetAgent's website. I am however pleased I did as the advice and information they provide is extremely helpful. Ahmed Siddiqui telephoned to discuss the sale of a property and I must say he was very polite and his advice was very useful.

Did not want to get hounded by estate agents. I only asked for the selling fees and I have already received about 4 calls for things I did not want.

He had local knowledge of estate agents and advised me on when it is best to switch agents, which is what I want to do. She also set me up with the estate agent of my choice arranged for them to contact me for a free valuation and helpful advice to get my property market ready. Doing some general research and came across GetAgent to give a rough idea of property prices, but also an understanding of the sales performance of estate agents in my area. GetAgent provided this information for free, and provided an impartial follow up call (with Mponda Ngulwa) who gave useful advice in making sure I was on the right path. Would recommend.
