GoogleAfter a period of inactivity I changed estate agents and chose Wilsons due to good feedback from friends. From the outset they were fantastic. After a few weeks I’d agreed an offer and Wilsons stepped in and managed the sale extremely efficiently. I was kept up to date through the whole process. I’d definitely use them again or recommend to those about to sell their home.

GoogleAwful experience and service, lousy communication and blazay attitude. Kept in the dark and lied to about state of affairs, would never reccomend or use to sell or buy from in future. They don't seem to realise that not only have they wasted nearly £1500 of my hard earned cash, but also a third of a year for nothing!! INCOMPETENT!

When things further up the chain didn't go as smoothly as we'd hoped, Wilsons went the extra mile in making contact and reassuring us. Very happy to recommend everyone there!

GoogleThe property was sold but I did feel that I had to contually check on progress. Although the buyer was not in a chain and moved out of their property, it still took 4 months to sell from date of offer because of delays in securing funds. Progress only seemed to be made when I asked that the property was put back on the market due to a lack of progress. On the plus side staff were always polite.
