We bought a property being marketed by Wilsons and they were most helpful in allowing a number of viewings, giving us time to visit. They were always punctual, polite and never pressurised us. We had confidence in them liaising with the vendors. They always kept us up-to-date, in their communications and feedback from the vendor. When phoning their office they always ensured messages were passed on and if needed calls were returned, so they got the all the basics right, which is so important!
When we hit a few problems with our sale, we felt very comfortable explaining the situation to Wilsons, as always honesty and good communications are key to success.
As a retired couple we really valued their care and professionalism, they not only acted for their vendor but also helped us successfully buy the bungalow we wanted. We had a chain of 4 sellers who needed to complete, before we could secure our purchase. Wilsons liaison with our Agent and others helped that the long chain to complete.

It appears all they cared about was getting the purchase over the line.
