GoogleI had a very negative experience at this agent. The communication was unprofessional and Steve was particularly difficult to deal with throughout the buying process and afterwards. It was a disappointment.

GoogleTerrible estate agency. Forced me to clean all carpets in rented flat even though the carpet cleaner couldn't understand why he was there as there was nothing worng with the carpet ! Would never use again or recommend to family, friends or enemy! Edit - my name is Luke Morris, I rented 28 Marino way. The reason you forced me to pay for the 1 year old carpets to he cleaned was because I smoked in the garage of the property which did not effect the look or smell of the carpets. I also requested if it would be possible to look for another property while with you to be told I would have to pay £300 agency fees AGAIN. This is why I left your agency all together and would never rent from you again. Typical estate agents, find a private landlord who has common sense like I have, makes life alot easier! Good luck to anyone who uses this ridiculous company and its policies.

Hi Luke, Thanks for your update. Without wanting to continue this issue your email of September 2017 stated " I smoked in the garage and VERY rarely upstairs". You also agreed via email the flat has not been left particularly clean. I think this clears the matter up. Thank you for your review. As we don't have your name we are unable to comment specifically on your comments however it would have been a stipulation of your Tenancy to have the carpets cleaned if you had pets to cover potential flea issues or allergies.

Bad experience with the real estate.After having spent so much time and energy for a particular house to buy, they backed out in the last moment. Again the same property back in the market at higher price and none to buy. In the end the as none to buy, they had to fix it to the original price for which we had confirmed earlier. What was all this drama for!!!

Hi Manju. As explained to you several times, WM&T did not "back out" the transaction. We were instructed to terminate the sale by the seller and we are legally obliged to follow their instructions. I feel it is really unfair for you to repeatedly make this claim when it is not accurate and doesn't tell the whole story. GoogleSelling our house with wilkie May and Tuckwood was the best decision we made there service is next level and they are very helpful throughout the whole process not just the sale but during all the in between bits that are needed to complete. There service that helps with exchange and completion was vital in getting the move in time for us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering selling there property.

GoogleI would rate this FIVE STARS if I was paid my rent!!!! The issue is between the lettings staff (lovely, helpful, brilliant) and the company director (useless) He doesn’t communicate with them. And he simply never pays my rent. we call up begging for it and even sometimes then he never pays up. We have even had meetings with him in his own office. We were aghast at the tables overflowing with bank statements. Broken promise after broken promise, sick of it. judging from the other reviews I’m not the only one going through this hell, so imagine how many calls they must get. I want to specially thank and apologise to Heather for always listening to my rants and being supportive. She is an absolute star and it is to her credit she hasn’t left the company. By far the best staff member there.

GoogleOnly occasionally pays landlords on time and hardly ever returns emails in under several days without prompts - Or, is it me? **2023 update: Finally, I've said goodbye to this bunch - 'Feel like I should've done it year or so ago! Only a touch 'bitter and twisted' as a result of the very poor treatment as a landlord. The very people that bring income to the party!
