Difficult market conditions made the sale challenging but received good advice throughout which eventually got the sale over the line at a reasonable price. Living a long distance from the property also added complexity but members of the team were always on hand to help make things happen. Excellent service.

GoogleI really wouldn't bother wasting your time with them, im sure they will quote chapter and verse regulations that suit them, and im positive you will get endless reasons why something cannot be done,, good luck dealing with these people your,l surely need it.😣😠😏🙄, it Will leave you extremely frustrated and upset,, i wish i had never had the misfortune of dealing with them.i can see why they have very negative reviews now,, i should have researched them before getting involved with them, it won't happen again.,ok,, so i see its the standard you havnt left your name,, ect we can't check our records,, its s public forum so thats why i didn't leave my name, as obviously i wish to be not asocialiated with the firm because of the poor service, hence the review., i did have a brief reply from a person in the company who would look into things but as the company didn't get back to me i can safely assume that was a load of rubbish to.

After a long and what seemed like an unusually lengthy and complex sale, we made it. Jodi was, with dogged persistence in her dedication to helping me get to the finish line, so supportive. Without her help I think I would have struggled to go the distance. Of course, it was a team effort, from Jack who was initial in getting the house on the market to Rebecca who supported from the office. I can whole heartedly, recommend WM&T.

Facebook⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot rate the team highly enough at Wilkie May & Tuckwood (Wellington, Somerset branch). We have consistently received first class customer service from them throughout our journey. The team have gone above and beyond to not only sell our home, but have also helped us in securing our new home. They have made a stressful process feel so much smoother and we cannot thank them enough for this. It's thanks to the team's hard work and dedication that our house sold so quickly, and we have now found our forever home. The team go out of their way to make you feel valued, so you don't just feel like just another 'client'. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If I could give them a 10 star review, I would!

GoogleWe have been exceptionally fortunate to appoint WMT as estate agents to sell our house. All of the team provided a really positive experience during what was a long and stressful process due to issues further down the chain. From the beginning David McCaffrey shone in comparison to other estate agents who came to value the house. It is very clear that he has an immense depth of knowledge about the local area having worked in the business and in Taunton since he was very young. Subsequently he helped us to value the house realistically as opposed to getting a quick sale by valuing it too low. He was exceptionally professional, very proactive in marketing our house and compassionate. Rebecca and Emmajayne who conducted the viewings and hold the front desk position were always friendly and communicative. Once we had accepted an offer on the house we were passed on to Steve Loveday who helped us through the following 5 months. He helped manage our expectations and always spared the time to answer any of our questions with his expertise in a warm and friendly way. We felt incredibly safe in the hands of WMT and would highly recommend them to all those local to Taunton.

Don't even think about using these to sell your house as they appear to be working for the buyers, not you, who are actually paying their fees. Lastly, if you are using John Wrelton, the Chairman, be aware as he doesn't answer emails, doesn't call you back and it could be due to a potential conflict of interest, which you haven't been advised of. Be Warned.
