GoogleI rented out my property through Townsend for 2 years until it was sold and they were fantastic throughout. Efficient, helpful, professional and a joy to work with. It took so much of the stress away from being a landlord and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFriendly, efficient and more importantly an honest team. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We were short term tenants. We were kept up to date via letter and portal and the snags we had were dealt with straight away. Kind of sorry not to be dealing with them any more. Nice people, too rarely found these days.

GoogleI have dealt with Townsend Lettings for a number of years. Because they are a comparatively small company I was originally cautious in using them. However, I now know I made exactly the right choice. Their attention to detail, professional attitude, advice, politeness and above all, their jars of sweets, make them the best choice in the area.
