GoogleAs a tenant Townsend lettings have been the best company I have ever dealt with. They are attentive, always ready to offer assistance and genuinely want the best for their clients. Jane and Nick are friendly and approachable - the small nature of the company means that you always get a personal interaction when you ring in. They are also highly professional; bending over backwards to remedy the smallest of issues as quickly as possible. It is a pleasure working with them.

When our most recent tenants decided to move to another rental home they used Townsend Letting & Management to find another suitable rental property. We considered it may sensible for us to also use T M&L to search out new tenants for us. We were extremely impressed with the very professional approach, the thorough checks on our property and the detailed tenant selection process. During the last six months we have been very pleased with the regular communications and the efficient manner in which a number of problems with the property have been successfully resolved. GoogleFriendly, efficient and more importantly an honest team. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We were short term tenants. We were kept up to date via letter and portal and the snags we had were dealt with straight away. Kind of sorry not to be dealing with them any more. Nice people, too rarely found these days.
