I believe Townsend Lettings are a 'best in class' letting agent that really raises the bar for the letting experience. Townsend Lettings provided a fantastic experience for me as a tenant while I rented a property through them. The team were highly professional throughout and really made you feel like a valued tenant during and after the tenancy. Issues with the property were handled and resolved very quickly, and every employee was polite and courteous in their communication. During the process of moving out of my property, Townsend Lettings were very understanding of my situation, and provided an excellent handover process that was easy to complete. I would happily rent a property through them in the future and highly recommend the business.

The whole team move as fast as you would like them to, giving us a viewing two hours after we enquired, and providing a personal, detailed service at all times.
