They strung me along, took a holding fee and then took ages to get back to me, when they finally did they made it impossible for me to rent the property. They are unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all.

Despicable!!!I had no choice but to use them for my mortgage, as this was the lenders preferred surveyor.Over 3 months I waited for and EWS1 form. Once received, it was completed incorrectly so void.If you choose to use them. You only have yourself to blame.

I phoned twice asking to arrange a viewing and was told I would get a call back. I never did. When I phoned the 3rd time I was told the property I was interested in had been sold.Atrocious customer service, steer clear of these clowns!

Their Sales branch is good but lettings is very poor and it would be advisable to stay clear of them if you are renting as they charge sky high fees and they will not help or care when you need your deposit returned. They work for the landlord not the tenant.

DO NOT USE. JULY 2017We paid for a Homebuyers survey it was a complete waste of money. They didn't spot any of the structural problems to the house. When we complained we were fobbed off . Wish we had just saved our money and paid for a much cheaper valuation

Falsely advertising properties by leaving out key details. Drove an hour to view property to be told the building the property was in was being knocked down in 2 years or so. Completely wasted my time by not mentioning key information in the listing or on the phone.

These estate agents are a bunch of cowboys. The service I received was terrible, their marketting was low rate and when I came to complain, my letters have been ignored. Use any company to sell your house, except this one. They are dreadful and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

2600 pounds they take from us to rent a house,we go on agency to take the house keys and they say that we cant rent the house,after we pay everything,house,depozit,agency.We still wait to give our money back and nothing after 9 days.This guys have to be in jail

If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor service and there is nobody there that i've spoken to that is businesslike. People take there homes as security and the company does not take the needs of their customers seriously. Please avoid them at all cost.

The surveyor Guy, missed a critical issue with this building. 10s of thousands of pounds to fix what he missed. Raised the issue with them and RICS and they all shyed away. Disgrace to there profession, if there is one.

The single worst agent ever! Eastleigh branch and Romsey branch. Poor customer service. Never returning phone calls never updating on sale or purchase and no idea who you are when you call. If you want less stress choose someone else to act on your behalf.

Valued our house £20k less than everyone else!!Absolutely fuming.They used the lowest valued houses in other streets and of different types. ie terrace when ours was a semi.Even the rental value was £100 less than what the local estate agents recommend. Cowboys!

Sutton Coldfield branch urgently needs investigating and due diligence. Professional misconduct on all levels. Not sure how they think they will get away with their dishonest dealings but at some point the authorities will flag them. Read the reviews and make your judgement before signing anything. Nasty.

After the reference checks passed, the real estate agents became silent and not responding to any communication. Called them on the phone and were rude. They don't care for renters, not interested to provide a seamless transition to new place.Would not recommend them.

Absolutely worst customer service. Property management team makes you go around everywhere finding what you need even though your property is fully managed, everytime new person is dealing with you case. Bad reference of tenants and you end up paying money to get service from connel.
