A young aggressive lettings team member after argument 2023 when i was refused rental due to saying prefer flat with bath as be easier than tiniest basic shower cubicle and discriminated against refused vieeing application 2023 and same flat in market weighton york saying not suited total disgraceful horrendous female employee im registering complaints against i have income of 26,000 year and age 60 impeccable character refs income background education no pets none smoker none drinker not bydecision makers but by customer services telephone enquiries agent inappropriate badly behaved unprofessional misconduct discrimination slandering my name character discriminating against my age disability due to her arrogance rudeness unprofessionalism refusing ro rent let me view cheap basic one bed flat in market weighton nr york 2023 and again same flat 2024 i have good credit history income 26,000 year respectable reputable professional single lady needing to rent home never having rented social council housing association like this one i bern refused to view apply for 2023 and 2024 before because of a rude arrogant nasty customer servive agent enquiries rentals with this company and finally realising these social housing association companies are horrendous appalling operators and employ some of the worst poor educated people to man the phones work in admin who cannot string a sentence together and discriminate are incredibly rude stupid inappropriate against older people and should be sacked immediately if cannot offer good customer service

I recently rented a retirement flat from My Future living for my in-laws and received an excellent service. We spoke to a number of staff about their move and all professional and pleasant. Our queries and questions were answered fully and promptly and a minor problem that we had with the flat was sorted out to our satisfaction before move-in day. The flat itself was to a high standard and represented good value for money.

Reliable and honest

Reliable and honest. From my experiences so far (the renting procedure and my first week) this company seem genuine and care about their tenants welfare, not something that all landlords do these days unfortunately. The staff have been a pleasure to deal with and have even spotted an over-payment I made. How refreshing! I would recommend renting from them very highly based on my experiences so far.
