Superior Customer Service

Jackson-Stops and namely ‘Harriet’ in the Pimlico office provided an excellent service throughout. Even though we were all working together from a distance due to international travel and commitments, Harriet was always present, extremely professional and thoroughly diligent throughout the process. Quite frankly after this experience, I would not personally go anywhere else for support moving forward. Thank you Harriet and Jackson-Stops.

We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops

We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.
