GoogleJust signed up with Haart Taunton branch. Absolutely fantastic experience to date. James couldn’t have been more professional on the intro meeting - no hard sale and took the time to explain the marketing thoroughly. 3 days in and already 3 viewings booked. Professional service through and through. Lots of contact and a great team. Haart were recommended to me and I can see why. after the 1st meeting never considered getting a second estate agent out - why bother - James at Haart an absolute winner in my opinion. I got the best 1st time.

FacebookMy experience with Haart has been nothing short of appalling, whether you contact the branch or their service centre, I have always been left feeling aggrieved and distressed after contacting them. This agency seems to have forgotten that it has a duty of care towards both the landlord and the tenants. After 11 months of repeatedly complaining that the boiler and heating wasn't working correctly it failed in November. Haart thought that a suitable solution for the fact we were going a week without heat or hot water, was a single electric heater (the cheapest that Argos sell) to heat an entire 2 bedroom house! No solution was suggested or offered for the hot water. So after complaining that the heater not only cost a fortune to run but was woefully inadequate, Haart dutifully took another whack at it and bought a second heater.. of the exact same model.. after complaining, again! we were told we would receive money to cover the increased electricity use, needless to say we're still waiting for any sign of this. I would like to highlight that Haart were aware of the problems with the boiler for an entire 11 months and had done NOTHING to rectify it, it was only when the boiler completely gave up that the felt obliged to actually repair/replace it. At the start of this month due to an error on our part we paid the rent twice, my wife contacted Haart on the 5th and was told we would be reimbursed, when the 23rd came and we still had no money returned to us my wife called again and was told that the lady who we had spoken to the first time hadn't been with Haart long so the money hadn't been released, but that it was now all sorted. Today (27th), 3 WEEKS after asking for the money to be returned, we've received no money or apology for the delay. But to add insult to injury, and because Haart seem unable or unwilling to refund our money, two other direct debits have failed to be paid. So after assurances that our money would be returned, here we are 3 weeks later with no money, our credit rating has been effected and we've got additional bank charges to cover.
