GoogleHad a property inspection today with Nicola from the Taunton office. She kept in contact regularly to confirm times that were convenient for us and even phoned on the day as a reminder. GoogleAppalling letting service. I had to keep calling and asking for an update when they knew my situation was urgent. Then the member of staff who I was dealing with left the company, I was not informed, left messages for days until I finally spoke to 'the manager' who basically admitted they were rubbish. recommend
