Dear Donna. We were so disappointed to receive this review from you today. I am sure this is something that I can resolve for you, however, I have attempted to find your details with the name you have provided under sales and lettings and have been unsuccessful. Please can I ask for you to make contact with me, personally on helen.moore@haart.co.uk, to confirm whether you have bought, sold to let through us to allow me to locate the file and investigate this for you and our team.
