GoogleJames was punctual and explained the valuation and sale process in an expert and professional manner, in a non-pressurised way. Follow up email valuation was received the next day as promised with a curtesy call a couple of days later. No problem in recommending James Curtis as Haart's representative.

GoogleI found this company extremely helpful,from beginning to end of my journey with them.Dan Munroe was very courteous,patient and informative about,not just the process of buying and selling a house,but also about the local area,schools etc,Nothing seemed to much trouble for Dan and I personally would recommend for any one thinking of buying or selling a house to use this company.

GoogleAimee and her team were super proactive in getting my house sold, after several months with little interest with another agent, by reducing the price and actively marketing it. They went the extra mile to help keep an eye on the empty house while the sale was progressing, were always professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with - would definitely recommend!

Googlewhen we moved out has email saying that we left the house bad which is a lie a couple things was true as we did leave a couple things in garage as they also said they had to break in to house when I used the keys up to day I moved out but they said they sent agent in to do the checks and now still haven't got a reply from there and still refusing to give our deposit back which has now cost us are new home as haven't got money for this after they also took another months rent from my account when they told us not to cancel direct debit we are so angry right now and will be taking this further as been treated so badly

GoogleWe arranged an inspection visit to our property in Taunton with property manager Michael Double. He arranged the visit in coordination with us at a suitable timing and he was very helpful. The report of the visit was send over to us, by Michael, almost immidiately. We had to deal with some queries after our visit and Michael has assited us with finding a suitable solution in a very accurate way. Our telephone conversations connected very quickly and Michael always answered a "missed call" immidiately. Very well done Michael !

GoogleDO NOT USE HAART. They will never answer the phone and they will steal your money. I phoned them countless times only to go through to the central office call centre where I gave in my notice 3 separate times. Now they’re asking for another months rent after I’ve already moved out and gave in my notice In time. They are not the slightest bit apologetic either. Vile, scummy behaviour is what you should expect if you go with Haart.

GoogleVery bad experience with her and not only… at all , Outstanding issues more then 3,4 months not sorted , lies and hiding from calls and emails. Not taking responsibility due to Landlords contractors and do not take your side they protect landlord :)

She has been helpful, honest and knowledgeable the entire time and can always answer my questions as well as give advice from different perspectives. GoogleExcellent, professional and kind service provided by Haart. As a first time buyer, I find them to be a very welcoming estate agents. Souhir Bsais in particular was very good. Properties she recommended for viewing I found generally found to relevant and well suited for my budget and personal needs. She replies to emails within reasonable time so that viewings can be easily arranged. The agents who hosted the viewings were able to provide very good knowledge and insight of the properties on show. Great rapport was developed with me as a buyer, and I would imagine to be very helpful to sellers also. Highly recommend.

GoogleWell what can I say?! I contacted the team for some help on some issues I have with my current housing agency and was greatly welcomed by Nicola botes! Instantly I felt such at ease with the confidence and clarity of her answers to the questions. She helped me as much as she could and you really have a great employee. Wonderful girl!
