I was so stranded and desperate as my boiler was not working all of a sudden and did not know what to do. I rang Haart Lettings and reported my issue. I spoke to Annabel Mitford-Peppard and she was my life saver. She immediately send me some helpful information on how to restart it and all was ok within a minute. I just want to thank her so much and these are the kind of people we want who reacts immediately when there is a problem. I rate her 10/10 👏🏽.

For the final part of my dealings with Haarts over the letting of a family members flat, my contact was Janet McDonald. Again, polite, efficient and all questions answered promptly and fully. At the last moment when it was discovered that the gas hob was faulty and I thought the deal might fall apart, I rang her to say, "I don't know what to do. I live miles away in north Nottinghamshire and the flat's in Somerset!" "Don't worry," was her instant response. "We can sort that out." And so it was sorted and all is going ahead as planned. I had completely lost my faith in haart. I was even tempted to rent elsewhere with anyone other than haart! I had a visit today from Annabel. Wow, she was lovely, she listened and 100% restored my faith. 😊 16/08/2025 update Annabel has left! My calls and emails to Haart are not being answered or replied to. The one email meant for me went to my son who does not live at my address. The office in Taunton is NEVER open! I can't stress enough DO NOT USE HAART!!!!!!

I am a first time landlord and very nervous regarding renting my home, I phoned Haart and spoke to Aaron, he was amazing, talked me through the procedures fully, explained every aspect of letting what he would do and what I have to do. He gave me different options of management with costings and left me to decide what I would like to do. Rohini has been such a great help over the past few months when trying to search for a property. We will be new to the area so felt her support was really valuable! Haart is the best estate and letting agency I have dealt with. Being new in town, I hardly got a viewing by other agencies and when I did, that was the last time I'd be hearing from them. But with Haart, I got another viewing when I wasn't pleased with the first one. They treat you like you matter and rest assured, your housing needs will be taken care of. You'll get a good deal. Matthew Kirby is very helpful. He made me feel special by always carrying me along. Use Haarts and your housing needs will be taken care of.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ben and the team from Haart, with the process of renting out my flat. As a newbee landlord, I had no ideas of what needed to be done.
