I have nothing but praise for James Devlin and his ever helpful and courteous team in selling my home for a very good price. The property was offered For Sale by an Agent nearer to home at a much lower price and for a lengthy time there was no fruitful response. However, James re-valued it and it was Sold(STC) within days. James was able to come round at very short notice, get me more money, which offset the difference easily, find a buyer & close the sale all within 48 hours! Really happy bunny!
